Terms of Use
Lawyer review pending: to be completed before the paid beta and the public launch
1. Parties and acceptance
The service is provided by: Company name, MERSIS number and address are written here before launch. By using the Castwide app, the web app and this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. The service
Castwide sends a video you upload to the social network accounts you connect, with your approval. Posts are published from your account and in your name; you are responsible for the content.
3. Account
You are responsible for giving correct information and for the security of your account. Do not share your account. You can delete your account at any time.
4. Network rules and posting limits
- Each network has its own terms and community rules; making sure your posts comply is your responsibility. Networks may reject or remove a post or restrict your account; Castwide is not responsible for that.
- Networks set limits on the number of posts and the length and size of videos and may change them. Castwide tries to prepare the video within those limits but cannot guarantee that a post will be accepted.
- On some networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads) the post goes out from the phone app with your approval, as the network's rules require.
- You can disconnect a network at any time. If you revoke access on the network's side, posting stops.
5. Free use, Pro subscription and payments
The first 3 posts are free. After that you need the monthly Castwide Pro subscription; the current price and terms are on the Pricing page (₺499 / month at present). You can subscribe in the store (App Store, Google Play) or, once it opens, on the web.
- Store purchases: purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund follow the store's rules; you cancel in your store account's subscription settings.
- Web purchases: payment is taken through iyzico; the sale is subject to the distance sales contract and the cancellation and refund page.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep using the service until the end of the period you paid for.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for an unlawful purpose.
- Do not send content that infringes others' rights, is misleading or harmful; do not use it for spam or bulk automated posting.
- Do not try to disrupt the security or operation of the service.
7. Your content
The content you upload is yours. So that we can provide the service you allow us to host and process it and to send it to the networks you choose.
8. Third-party services
Posts to YouTube go through YouTube API Services; when you use YouTube the YouTube Terms of Service apply too. The other networks' own terms apply to them.
9. Termination
If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account. You can close your account at any time.
10. Limit of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that a network will accept a post, and we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory rights as a consumer are reserved.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We announce important changes in the app or by e-mail. A price change does not affect the current period; the new price is announced before the next renewal.
12. Governing law and disputes
The law of the Republic of Turkey applies to these terms. Your statutory consumer remedies (described on the cancellation and refund page) are reserved.
