KVKK Information Notice
Lawyer review pending: to be completed before the paid beta and the public launch
This notice is made under article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK). The Turkish text is authoritative. For a fuller description see the Privacy policy.
1. Data controller
Controller: Company name, MERSIS number and address are written here before launch. Contact: privacy@castwide.enesakt.com.
2. Purposes
- Create your account and send your video to the social networks you connect,
- run subscription, payment and invoice operations,
- send account and transaction notices,
- keep the service secure, find bugs and prevent abuse,
- improve the service with product analytics,
- meet financial and legal obligations,
- tell you when your turn comes if you joined the waitlist.
3. Recipients and purposes of transfer
Your data goes to the service providers needed to run the service (hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, e-mail) and to the social networks you connect. Full list and purposes: Privacy policy, section 6. Transfers abroad (for example Cloudflare, Anthropic and other providers) rely on safeguards under KVKK art. 9. Sending text to Anthropic (USA) for the AI suggestion feature is entirely your choice and is done only with your consent.
4. Collection method and legal basis
We collect your data electronically through the app, this site and the networks you connect. Legal bases: establishment and performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), legal obligation (5/2-ç), legitimate interest (5/2-f) and, only for the stated operations, explicit consent (5/1).
5. Your rights under KVKK art. 11
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information,
- learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties it is transferred to at home or abroad,
- request correction of incomplete or wrong data,
- request erasure or destruction under KVKK art. 7 and have this notified to third parties it was transferred to,
- object to a result against you that arises from analysis of the data,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Send your request to privacy@castwide.enesakt.com. It is concluded within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature.
Explicit consent: announcement e-mails only
The consent below is optional; not giving it does not stop you from using the service or joining the waitlist. It is given by ticking a separate box in the waitlist form, and no box is ticked in advance.
“I give my explicit consent to Castwide sending commercial electronic messages about new features, campaigns and announcements to my e-mail address, and to the processing of my e-mail address for this purpose.”
- You can withdraw consent at any time: use the opt-out link in any e-mail or write to privacy@castwide.enesakt.com.
- Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
- Registration of the commercial e-mail consent in the Message Management System (IYS) depends on the company-type decision (D-01); settled before launch
